He / She will be responsible for generating business, developing major accounts, building robust and productive relationships with prospective clients to ensure company, client and individual objectives are achieved.

The primary responsibility is to identify new business opportunities, winning new businesses and liaising with operational teams to ensure service requirements are delivered.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  1. Generating leads by conducting research & understanding the prospective company's profile, cold calling and using social media tools
  2. Build Business Development strategy plan and define targets to achieve business objectives
  3. Meet prospective clients, ideate, create presentations, prepare proposals, generate business and meet sales targets
  4. Follow sales process and internal procedures
  5. To collaborate with other functions within the business to ensure consistent delivery

Job Description Position Objective:
  • Ensure flawless event management and event execution for all projects.
  • Event planning & providing solutions & presentations to the clients as per their requirement.
  • Build and Manage vendor relationship across geographies and skill sets.
  • Ensuring 100% Client satisfaction in every project execution.
Business Responsibility:
  • Handle projects end to end.
  • Understand Client requirements, modification instructions, project brief & event objectives.
  • Ensure the prompt and systematic response to all servicing enquiries.
  • Oversee end to end activities from the brief stage to post event summary as needed to deliver flawless and memorable events
  • Work in collaboration with Client Servicing & Creative teams to grow the events business.
  • Centralization of briefs and delegation of jobs and responsibilities
  • Final sign off on all the estimate, payables and invoice (Profit and Loss) after the approval from the CEO.
  • Sourcing of New Technologies, artist, venue and vendors to improvise the event quality.
  • Take empowered decisions regarding your team as well as business negotiations.
  • Market Intelligence: Identify and analyse competition and stay abreast with the latest event trends.
